What is a credit?
Credits are what you spend when you use the AI. An AI chat message uses 2 credits and a generated report uses 5, plus 1 for each extra widget. Your plan sets how many credits you get.
Is the Free plan a trial?
Free gives you 40 credits to try Analyse8 on one project with up to 3 data sources. No credit card is needed. Upgrade to Pro or Business when you want monthly credits, more projects and public share links.
Can I share reports with clients on the Free plan?
Reports on Free stay private, and you can still export them as a PDF or CSV to send yourself. Public share links come with Pro and Business.
Are scheduled reports on every plan?
Yes. Any plan, Free included, can schedule a report to build and send itself every week or month.
What counts as a project?
A project is a workspace for one site, brand or client. It holds that client's connected accounts, chats and reports, so nothing gets mixed up between clients.
What does unlimited credits on Business mean?
Business has no monthly credit cap for normal use. Unlimited credits are subject to our fair usage policy.
How does the SEO Tools add-on work?
SEO Tools is a separate USD 10 a month add-on with 500 SEO credits each billing cycle, shared across every project. You can add it to any plan and top up credits whenever you need more.
